LMB DC Brushless & AC 400 Hz fans are commonly used for cooling in applications such as:avionics racks, radars,  smoke detectors, NBC protection, Environmental Control Systems and counter measure systems. LMB wild frequency AC fans are used by aircraft oven manufacturers.

LMB DC Brushless fans are typically provided at 24, 26 or 28 VDC, but can be custom wound to meet customer requirements. RPM can be optimized to meet customer requirements as well. Current applications run from 3800 to 26,000 RPM.LMB products incorporate many possible features such as speed sensors, speed control, failure detection, current limitation.

Current application platforms for LMB  fans and blowers include: C-17, C-130, E-3, Tornado, Hawk, F-18, Mirage, Litening Pod, AGM 142, Apache, Blackhawk, Tiger,EC120, EC155, NH90, S92, CH47, Airbus A320/330/340, Boeing 747/767/777, Bradley Fighting Vehicle, HMMWV, CV-90 . LMB is the alternative fan supplier capable of meeting the most demanding specifications for noise, performance and reliability. If you are not happy with the customer service from your current "sole source" fan supplier we may have a drop in replacement for you. If not we are ready to modify an existing design or  create a completely new fan. There are no minimum quantities and NRE for new designs is surporisingly reasonable. Customers include major defense contractors in the USA and Europe.

LMB AC fans are mostly 400 HZ either 115 VAC single phase or 200 VAC three phase.
